101-1014 Caledonia Ave Victoria BC V8T 5E3

The HarbourCats are Victoria’s entry in the West Coast League (WCL), a summer-collegiate, wood bat baseball league that features the top college-age players from across North America and the world. Entering their eighth season of play in 2020, the HarbourCats have evolved into one of the elite teams in the league, winning a record 40 games in 2016, following that up in 2017 and 2019 as the WCL’s North Division Playoff Champions and coming one game short of earning a trip to the playoffs in an exciting 2018 pennant race.

Former major league player Todd Haney is the club’s head coach in 2020 and will lead the team through a 54-game regular season against 11 other WCL teams from British Columbia, Washington and Oregon. In 2020, the HarbourCats’ will play 27 of those games, plus five additional non-league games, here in Victoria at historic Wilson’s Group Stadium at Royal Athletic Park, just a short walk or cab ride away from the downtown core. Play begins May 30, 2020 with Opening Night on June 5, 2020 with games scheduled through mid-August.

The HarbourCats have led the league in attendance for the last six years and are the top sports entertainment value in town during the summer, drawing nearly 80,000 fans through the gates in 2018 and 2019. We invite you to be a part of another record setting crowd in 2020!
